The Perfect Spaghetti Dinner (AKA: “That’s what he sounds like?”)

Author’s note: This might seem a bit out of left field. You might be asking yourself, “No politics, pop culture, writing advice/opinions, or anything like that? What gives?!” This was done for a multimedia journalism project, so now YOU TOO can make a perfect spaghetti dinner…or at least a passable one. “This isn’t newsworthy!” Hey, spaghetti is ALWAYS newsworthy, plus this was about getting acquainted with Adobe Auditions and not making something for NPR.

There are a few ways to have a spaghetti dinner:

-From a can

-Frozen dinner

-Noodles and prepackaged sauce

-At a restaurant

Here’s another way to make a spaghetti dinner. It’s cheaper and just as quick as the last two options, and to be quite frank it’s probably healthier.

Ingredients you’ll need:

1/2 pound of ground turkey

1 can of tomato sauce and 1 can of tomato paste

Salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, and basil

1 box of noodles (your choice).

Serves: Probably four people, but if you want generous portions then it serves two. Or one if you’re really hungry (or want leftovers).
